don’t it know that eating birds is against the law?

scold it, tell it, smelly bear you best be wary
eat the bird and never shall you see another berry

stop it, hold it, well throw the bird another feather
if you quiver out of reach do you still stand together?

dreadful, frightful, the bird sings out of spite
as we watch the jarring bear take another bite
